High School Musical Star To Wed

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL actress KAYCEE STROH is set to wed boyfriend BEN HIGGINSON, after accepting his proposal this weekend (24May08).

The 23-year-old - who plays student 'pop-and-lock' dancer Martha Cox on the hit show - had just finished a day's shooting on High School Musical 3: Senior Year when Higginson whisked her away on a romantic date and asked for her hand in marriage.

She tells People.com, "We shot from 6pm until 6am, and Ben was waiting for me in my trailer. He was waiting for me with a single red rose. Then he took me up to the H Rock, a place at the top of a little mountain that overlooks Salt Lake City (in Utah), and we watched the sunrise. Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him."

She adds: "They (co-stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens) are going to be so surprised. They all love Ben. He's like one of the gang."

The newly-engaged couple, who met at a concert in 2007, is planning to wed at the end of the year (08).

Former 'Baywatch' star Pamela Anderson has reportedly reconciled with her third husband just three days after filing for divorce.
In a divorce petition filed in Los Angeles on Friday Anderson cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakdown of her two-month marriage to Rick Salomon.
However, yesterday she posted a message on her website diary saying: "We're working things out."
The diary entry did not give any further details and the actress' representative declined to comment on the subject.
Celebrity website TMZ reported that the divorce was no longer going ahead, quoting a source close to the couple, who said that they had patched up their relationship.
Anderson and Salomon married in Las Vegas last October. This is the third marriage for both.
